Refund policy

Shipping policy:-
Our all product are 100 % insured, if items received completely damaged or not repairable then we will provide you the replacement of the same product and if there is minor damage or repairable then we will pay repair amount or send repair kit.

If items received damaged:-
If you received the items damaged,don’t worry about it, please provide us with complete images of inner & outer side of the product with courier company tags or box images which you received also please send us your contact no. With address. So we can investigate for the damaged shipment.

Return & exchange:-
Return will be accepted within 7 -10 days of receiving the good , if the product you had received are wrong or damaged. Return shipping to be paid in buyer account.

Additional shipping policy:-
If consignee is not responding to shipping agency for the shipment update or receiving the shipment due to custom duties or any other reason the shipment will be destroyed by shipping company after 5 days of arrival at destination and we are not responsible for all these.

No claim will be accepted filled by the customer.
All charges like custom duties or taxes if any to be on buyer account.
